An identity is a manifestation of your brand and an enduring symbol of how you view yourself and how you wish others to view you. Just like branding, consistency and coherence are vital wherever your identity meets your audience. Every touch-point is important - from your advertising and stationery to your website and company vehicles - and each is an opportunity to engage with your audience
